Thank you for shopping with EPSILON2.0. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
For personalised or custom-made items, processing time may take 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the order.
Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship from the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- UK Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size/weight
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
4. International Shipping (If Applicable)
If international shipping is available:
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
5. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Please allow additional time during peak periods

We will liaise with the courier to investigate the issue.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier unless there is evidence of delivery error.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the packaging and item
